How It Works:

Step 1: Prepare Your Artwork for the Best Results

For the sharpest, most professional die-cut stickers, we strongly recommend vector files. Vectors stay perfectly crisp at any size and give us clean edges for the die-cut shape.

If your design has photos, gradients, or detailed illustrations, a high-resolution raster file also works great — just make sure it meets the specs below.

Quick checklist for highest quality:

•  Use the actual final size of your sticker (or larger) when creating the file.

•  Set resolution to 300 DPI (or higher) for raster files.

•  Use CMYK color mode if possible (we convert RGB automatically, but CMYK gives the most accurate print colors).

•  Convert all text to outlines/curves so fonts don’t change.

•  Leave a little extra space around your design if you want a border (we’ll add the exact cut line).

Step 2: Recommended File Formats & Extensions

Here are the file types we accept, ranked from best to good:

Tip: If you created your design in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, Affinity, or Inkscape, export using the formats above. Most design apps have an “Export” or “Save As” option that lists these extensions.

Step 3: How to Upload Your File

1.  Add the sticker size/quantity to your cart and proceed to checkout (or use our product customizer if available).

2.  On the order form / product page, look for the “Upload Artwork” or “Attach File” button.

3.  Click it and select your file from your computer (max file size is usually 50–100 MB — let us know if yours is larger).

4.  Add any notes in the order comments box (e.g., “Please make the cut line follow the outer black outline” or “Matte finish requested”).

Alternative: If the upload field isn’t showing or you prefer email, simply complete your order and reply to the confirmation email with your file attached (or send to [info@printrepublic.net]).

Step 4: What Happens Next – Your Proof with Cut Line

1.  Within 1 business day (often same day), we’ll email you a digital proof.

2.  The proof will show:

•  Your artwork exactly as it will print

•  A clear cut line (usually a thin colored outline) indicating the exact shape we will die-cut

3.  You can request changes (move elements, adjust size, tweak colors, etc.) — unlimited revisions until you’re happy.

4.  Once you reply “Approved” or click the approve button, we print and ship your stickers (usually 2–5 business days production + shipping).

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it ships.

Quick Tips for Perfect Stickers Every Time

•  White elements? Add a thin black or colored outline if you want them to show up — white on white disappears.

•  Complex shapes? Make sure your design doesn’t have super tiny details thinner than 1/16” (we’ll let you know on the proof if anything needs adjusting).

•  Not sure about your file? Upload it anyway — we review every file and will contact you if it needs improvement.
